The Alternatives Conference will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel, 120 Church Street, Buffalo, New York, 14202. 

Please note: The hotel rooms at the Adam's Mark Hotel are sold out.

Conference Rates Now Available at Hyatt Regency Buffalo

Hotel rooms are available at the nearby Hyatt Regency Buffalo, Two Fountain Plaza, Buffalo, New York 14202. Call the Hyatt at 800-223-1234 and ask for the Alternatives rate of $124 per night plus taxes*. Make your reservations now as there are a limited number of rooms.

The conference rate is available only by phone.

* These rooms are available from Tuesday, October 28, 2008 through Friday, October 31, 2008 only. Limited rooms are available for Saturday night and the room rate may be higher.

Downtown Location

The Adam's Mark Hotel is located downtown at the Waterfront in the heart of Buffalo’s downtown business district. It is within walking distance of the convention center, theatre and major sports complexes, plus only 15 minutes drive from Buffalo-Niagara International Airport and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Travel - by Airplane

Buffalo Niagara International Airport is located just fifteen minutes east of downtown Buffalo. Averaging 110 daily flights with nonstop service to 18 cities, the BNIA serve five million passengers annually. Major carriers are US Airways, Continental, American, Northwest, United, JetBlue, Southwest and Delta.

Airfares change daily so we decided not to offer approximations for traveling by air.

From Buffalo/Niagara International Airport, take 33 West (Kensington Expressway) to Oak Street.  Make right turn on Division Street. Follow Division Street to hotel.

Reservations

Reservations should be made as soon as possible after booking your air travel, or at least within 24 hours before your arrival in Buffalo. If you know you have up to 4 in your group you should reserve together. Be sure to get a confirmation number when making a reservation. All of the services below accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Service Dogs are allowed on vehicles, and it is very helpful if you tell the reservationist that you are traveling with a service dog.

Transfer by cab between the airport and the Adam's Mark Hotel is approx. $35 (subject to increase).

Cost is approx. $21 for the vehicle and is divided among the group, so $21 divided by 4 equals $5.25 per person.
