Exhibits at Alternatives 2013

Exhibit tables for Alternatives 2013 have been sold out. The National Empowerment Center, the sponsoring organization for Alternatives 2013, appreciates the involvement of those individuals, organizations and providers who choose to participate in the conference exhibits. We expect people from all areas of the United States to attend the conference. All exhibit tables available have been confirmed and we are sold out of exhibit tables.

By participating in the exhibits, the name of your organization will be included in the official conference program. The exhibit fee DOES NOT include conference registration. If you wish to attend the workshops, general sessions, meals, or special events you will need to register for the conference. Check the registration page for registration information.

Exhibit Space Information & Rules

Exhibit tables will be located in the Texas Ballroom Foyer. Security will not be available in the exhibit area. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to remove any valuables at the close of meetings each day. The National Empowerment Center, the Hyatt, and Horizon Meetings will not be responsible for any items lost or stolen from these areas. The exhibit tables must be set up and removed during the hours listed below for set up and tear down.

Once the completed Exhibit Agreement is received, you will be assigned an exhibit table. A confirmation letter will be sent to you. For more information contact the exhibit coordinator Lisa Gallo at Lisa.Gallo@horizonmeetings.com.
