Your privacy is important to us. Your information will not be shared with any other site or entity. NEC will need to gather some important information from you in order to complete your order and delivery, however this information is not shared or given to anyone by us.

We have taken steps to ensure your transaction over the internet is secure. The little lock icon in the lower left hand corner should appear anytime that you are providing us with sensitive information. The servers our site is stored on uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard, for encrypting order information.

Cookies

NEC does require cookies to complete your order process. This cookie is not used to gather information, but to store session data for your shopping cart. This cookie can be removed from your computer if you desire.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages via the US Postal Service media mail. The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price. Orders are shipped from our offices in Lawrence, MA. We usually ship orders within 3 business days from receipt of order. Normal delivery within the US ranges from 3-7 days (total time to receive your order 6-10 business days). If you require next day, or 2nd day shipping, please contact the office to make arrangements.

Stocking Policy

Our policy is to keep all products that we have listed online available. There are occasions when we will be out of stock of some products. If any portion of your order cannot be shipped, we will inform you via email or phone. That portion of your order can be backordered, in which case it will be shipped as soon as it is available.
